Let your kids play with dirt in a safe, fun environment! This hybrid hand-building and throwing class introduces the basic concepts of hand-building techniques and throwing clay on the potter’s wheel. The teachers will lead your child through various projects each week and free projects of your child's choice. Projects may include bowls, cups, hand-built boxes, and vases. Forming and surface decoration will be covered, as will basic glazing.

No previous experience in clay is needed for this class.

Class fee includes:
Clay, instruction, access to essential pottery tools, and a wide variety of glazes
Firing services for up to 25 pounds of clay
